Verification
Our recruiting team will verify your skills and experience and conduct any screenings or background checks our client requires.
Preparation
If you are a match for a role, we will prepare you for the interview, so you can put your best foot forward. You’ll learn about the organization, the job, the client’s expectations, and more.
Follow-Up
After your interview, we will debrief together to assess your continued interest in the job and provide you with feedback directly from our client.
Transition
If you are presented with an offer, we can help you evaluate it and if necessary, we will facilitate negotiations with the client. If you accept, we are there for you before, during, and after your transition to ensure your satisfaction.
