The Five-Step Approach
Our professional recruitment team provides a consultative approach carried out in five phases.
Strategy
An in-depth discovery meeting to understand your organization’s goals, challenges, and culture. We will work with you to develop a complete profile of your ideal candidate that includes qualifications, achievements, and expectations for the new hire.
Development
Once we have determined goals for the search, we will begin the process of identifying candidates and companies to target. We leverage a mix of tools, technology, and personal networking to identify top candidates in the market.
Recruitment
We then begin the process of recruiting candidates who have made the “hot list,” positioning your offer as a chance to grow their careers and achieve their goals. Candidates who are open to new opportunities are then interviewed and vetted to ensure they are a match for the role.
Selection
NextStep Resources will present only the most qualified and aligned candidates to you. We will facilitate interviews and aid you in the selection process. We will also facilitate offer presentations and negotiations.
Transition
When a candidate has accepted your offer, we will help the new hire transition into their new role, and we will follow up regularly to ensure satisfaction.
